Den of Geek has reported that Nintendo is in search of a level designer for a new Legend of Zelda game. The news comes thanks to a job posting on the developer's Japanese website.

The listing notes that the position involves creating dungeons and enemies all the way from design to implementation, but also that candidates should have experience on console games, which suggests that this new title will be aimed at the Switch.

The job call also mentions that candidates should be able to communicate in Japanese, so maybe don't go rushing to apply just yet, unless you have a good grasp of the language.

There's little else to go on at this point, but even the prospect of another Zelda game going into development is exciting. We'll update if we hear any more details.

During the latest Nintendo Direct, it was announced that some classic board games including Settlers of Catan, Carcassonne, and Munchkin will be getting the digital treatment on Switch. Asmodee Digital, who are responsible for absolutely loads of digital board game remakes, will be handling the ports to Switch that will also feature local multiplayer modes for each game.

The award-winning tile building game, Carcassonne, will be making its way on Switch this December along with its expansions as paid DLC. The tough co-op game, Pandemic, will be out March 2019, also getting its expansions as DLC. And the deck-builder, Lord of the Rings: Living Card Game, will available in April 2019.

The Direct also promised two other board games coming later on. Both Settlers of Catan and Munchkin will make the jump to Switch at some point in the future.

A lot of these game are already available digitally on mobile devices, but for folks that might not have a decent tablet to play them on now have the option to get them for the Switch instead - yay, more options for us!

I imagine there will be even more digital tabletop games coming to the Switch in the future, so stay tuned to Pocket Gamer for more news.
MORTAL KOMBAT: The Ultimate Fighting Game!(No cooldown)
